Infrared (Thermal) Inspections

The Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) has a very rigorous standard of Practice (SOP) which we, of course, follow religiously, but we go even further!  We have found that infrared analysis in some instances helps detect water intrusion that is not visible to the naked eye, as well as lack of insulation, or air infiltration.  We can inspect your home whether you plan to buy or sell or just stay put!    We are Infrared certified and so, if desired, we can go the extra mile for you.  Our infrared package can provide a lot of information and peace of mind regarding the performance of your new home.  As with our drone work, we can sometimes provide thermal imaging on a case by case basis when time allows.
